Booking Terms
Check-in: 14:00 – 18:00 hours
Check-out: by 10h00 on the last morning
The price of the rental of the room is from 14:00 hours to 10:00 hours the next day, outside the hours see the availability and costs with the management

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge, the password is in the room guide.

Parking
Free private parking is possible on-site (reservation is not needed).

Cancellation Policy
When requesting a reservation, the reservation is considered confirmed only after a 50% deposit or a guarantee by credit card.  If we do not receive your payment immediately, we will consider the booking as not confirmed and therefore cancel it.  
We accept payments by EFT, Visa, Master card, and cash.

Should you not stay the amount of nights booked as per your booking, no refund shall be done.  The same applies to no-shows – no refund shall be done and the full amount will be charged to your preferred payment option.

The 50% deposit is regarded as an irrevocable down payment to secure your booking.

The payment must be paid in full one month before arrival.

As “Morgenzon Farm” offers a random date booking possibility via an online service, you allow us to take a 100% deposit charge on your credit card of the total amount and this is regarded as an “irrevocable down payment” to secure the room or apartment for you as desired.  

Full payment 1 month before arrival is required in the case of bookings booked 1month and more in advance.

Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs.
Check-in after 18:00 hrs must be arranged with management.Check-out time from 07.00 hrs up to 10:00 hrs.

Compulsory late Check Out Fee between 10h – 12h   50% of the overnight rate charged. Between 12h00 and 14h00 100% full overnight rate charged.

The amenities and facilities provided by ”Morgenzon Farm” have been conceived, designed, and constructed with your enjoyment, recreation, and safety in mind.  Nevertheless, we regret that the owners, management, servants, and agents hereby stipulate that they are unable to accept liability or responsibility for any injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or from any other cause of whatever nature, which is suffered by any person who enters the premises or by the dependants or principals of such person, and it is hereby recorded that entry occurs absolutely at own risk and that the owners, management, servants, and agents are released from and indemnified against any claims of whatever nature unless the occurrence of such claim can be attributed to any circumstances within owners, management, servants and agents reasonable control.

Children are welcome only when pre-arrangement with us.

No Pets.

When there is 1 adult with 1 child the room rate is charged as two adults sharing.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Terms and Conditions
- Management reserves the right to change rates without notice, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will however be honoured.
- All accounts for accommodation will be payable on the date of departure unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed to prior to arrival.
- Please ensure that your valuables are not left unattended as we will not accept liability with regards to the disappearance or damage of valuable items of any guests or visitor unless such disappearance or damage has regard to any situation within the business’s reasonable control.
- Reservations are not transferrable to a third party.
- A credit voucher is only applicable if the booking has not already been cancelled; it is not transferrable and can only be used once.
